Policy
Appointment updates
We know things come up in life, and appointments must be pushed or canceled. We ask that you call or text us to let us know if you will be late or need to reschedule. Already online, when you book your appointment, you are asked to enter your credit card information; we will now require a card on file for all appointments. There will be a $50 cancellation fee for no-show appointments, or appointments canceled same day with no reschedule
PrePaid Treatments
Promotional Services remaining unused in your prepaid account, AKA your wallet after one year, will expire. The service will transfer to the amount of credit you paid, but the service you originally purchased will only be available at the current price. Facials associated with the facial membership will expire completely after one year.
