Just a few guidelines to make your experience more pleasurable:

• We love your children but we are not able to care for them. This is your time, enjoy it.
  
  
• New clients please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment. This will give you time to fill out paperwork and relax before your treatment. We will not accept clients that are 20 minutes late for their scheduled appointment.
  
  
• The services you selected are reserved just for you. If you must cancel, please call 24 hours in advance. If you fail to arrive for or change your treatment a cancellation charge will be applied. A credit card will be required to confirm your appointment.
  
  
• Please wear whatever is comfortable for you. Robes are provided to our guest.
  
• No refunds; exchange for products or services only. We will only exchange products that are unopened. Eminence products must be returned within 1 week. NO Refunds or exchanges on Colore Science products.
  
  
• We accept cash, checks, Visa and MasterCard. Payment is due when services are rendered. *Return check charge will apply.
